OUR VERDICT

Reclaim is an AI calendar assistant that books meetings through scheduling links and fills the gaps around them with focus time, habits, tasks and breaks. For most small businesses it is the best place to start: there is a real free plan, and paid seats start at $10 a month. Start small, though, because users report calendars filling with events they did not expect.

What Reclaim is

Reclaim sits on top of the Google Calendar or Outlook calendar you already use Reclaim ↗. Instead of replacing your calendar, it adds events to it: blocks of focus time, recurring habits such as a lunch break or a weekly bookkeeping hour, tasks from your to do apps and buffer time for travel or breaks Reclaim ↗. When meetings move, Reclaim reshuffles those blocks to fit.

It also covers booking. Scheduling links let clients pick a time, and Smart Meetings find a slot for recurring internal meetings Reclaim ↗. That overlaps with what many businesses buy Calendly for.

There is a chat based AI assistant. You can ask it to find meeting times, resolve conflicts or analyze your day, and preview changes before they are applied Reclaim ↗. Reclaim connects to Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, Jira, Todoist, Asana, Linear, Google Tasks and Raycast Reclaim ↗.

What it does well

It does booking and planning in one tool. Most scheduling apps handle only one side: either letting others book you, or protecting your own time. Reclaim does both on every plan, with focus time, habits, buffer time and Smart Meetings included even on the free tier Reclaim pricing ↗.

The pricing is friendly for small teams. The free Lite plan needs no credit card, and paid plans start at $10 per seat a month billed yearly Reclaim pricing ↗ Reclaim ↗. New users get a 14 day trial of the Business plan before dropping to Lite Reclaim ↗.

It takes privacy seriously. Reclaim lists SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance and SSO, and says it does not train AI on customer data Reclaim ↗.

Outside reviewers rate it well. Zapier's 2026 roundup of AI scheduling assistants lists Reclaim first, praising how it protects personal habits and manages recurring events Zapier ↗. Reclaim says it has more than 600,000 users across 70,000 companies and 4.8 stars on G2 Reclaim ↗.

Where it falls short

It can clutter your calendar. On Trustpilot, Reclaim scores 2.2 out of 5 from only 23 reviews Trustpilot ↗. Unhappy users describe hundreds of focus time and lunch events appearing without warning, and events that stayed after they deleted their account Trustpilot ↗. Some also say the free plan was cut back Trustpilot ↗. Turn on one or two habits first and add more once you trust it.

The free plan is narrow. Lite covers one user, one scheduling link, one calendar sync and a one week scheduling range, with limited integrations Reclaim pricing ↗.

Team features cost more. A team out of office calendar, delegated access for an assistant and full time blocking options start on Business Reclaim pricing ↗. Attendees of three person Smart Meetings who lack a paid seat may need Attendee User add on packs Reclaim pricing ↗.

Reclaim's own productivity figures, such as 7.6 extra focus hours a week, are self reported and not independently verified Reclaim ↗. Hands on testing is in progress; we will update this review with results.
