Our guides are written for owners and teams who want AI to do a real job, not for engineers. Here is exactly how a tool earns a spot.

What we look at

• What the tool does, from the vendor’s own documentation and pricing pages.
• Independent reviews and reports from real users.
• Price, free trials, contracts and the hidden costs of each plan.
• How hard it is to set up for a small team.
• Privacy, safety and whether a person can step in when the AI gets it wrong.

Hands on testing

We are building a hands on test for each category. Until a guide says it was tested, our picks rest on the research above, and we say so on the page.

How we make money
