The Pudu CC1 Pro is a commercial floor cleaning robot that sweeps, scrubs, vacuums and dust mops in one machine, with a dock that empties its dust tank. It is the most complete option at a mid range price for offices, shops and clinics, at about $24,000 to buy or $669 a month. Ask for a demo on your own floors first, since resellers' financing figures conflict.
What the Pudu CC1 Pro is
The CC1 Pro is an autonomous cleaning robot from Pudu Robotics, a maker of service robots. RobotLAB, a large US robotics integrator, describes it as a 4 in 1 cleaner that sweeps, scrubs, vacuums and dust mops, on hard floors and carpet RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. One robot can handle a lobby, a hallway and a break room without switching machines.
It measures about 25 by 22 by 27 inches and weighs about 165 pounds RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗ Pudu flyer ↗. It needs a clear path of at least 70 cm, or 27.6 inches Pudu flyer ↗. Hands on testing is in progress. This review is based on RobotLAB's listing and Pudu's product flyer.
What it does well
It does four jobs. Most robots in this price range either vacuum or scrub. The CC1 Pro does both, plus sweeping and dust mopping RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. That makes it a good fit for mixed spaces such as clinics and offices.
It runs a long shift. RobotLAB lists up to 8 hours on a charge and about 3 hours to recharge RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. Pudu's flyer breaks that down by mode: about 5 hours scrubbing, 5 hours sweeping and vacuuming, 4 hours on carpet and 9 hours in silent mopping mode, from a 50 Ah battery Pudu flyer ↗.
It covers real floor space. Pudu rates it at 700 to 1,000 square meters an hour for full coverage cleaning, or roughly 7,500 to 10,800 square feet, and up to 3,000 square meters an hour for spot cleaning Pudu flyer ↗. It carries 15 liter clean and dirty water tanks, a 2.5 liter dustbin and a 6 liter dust bag Pudu flyer ↗.
It needs little handling. The dock charges the robot and empties the dust tank automatically RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. Onboard AI detects stains and adjusts cleaning intensity, and a rear camera monitors cleaning results in real time RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗ Pudu flyer ↗.
It moves around buildings. It navigates with lidar and visual mapping without floor markers, and supports elevator and door opener integration for multi floor sites RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. Fleet data runs through Pudu Cloud RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗.
Where it falls short
Pricing details are inconsistent. RobotLAB's page says financing starts from $503 a month in one place and $669 a month in another RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. Get a written quote.
Some specs are hard to find. RobotLAB lists square feet per hour as contact for details RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗, and cleaning width and noise level are not listed in the flyer Pudu flyer ↗.
It is heavy and compact rather than large. At about 165 pounds it is not easy to move by hand RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗. For big open retail floors or warehouses, a larger scrubber covers more ground per hour.
Warranty terms are not published on RobotLAB's page RobotLAB CC1 Pro ↗.
